I had to abandon my riding, when I spotted a state truck pulled onto what is now the I-84E Onramp, and scram back to the hillside. I'm glad they finally made use of it, But there is still the bottom straight-away, which is combined use temporary storage and they've been filling-in the section going under 2-mile Rd., with road sweepings. We were there for about 10 minutes max before a person(not sure if homeless or cop) started chasing us. The end of one of the abandoned ramps is off of the rt 9 south exit.
